We ran sample parcels through the Leopards rate calculator on 4 November 2026. A 1 kg Overnight parcel cost Rs 450 within Karachi and Rs 670 from Karachi to Lahore, including the fuel charge. The cheapest service changed with weight, so compare them before you book.

Key takeaways

  • Overnight rises quickly with weight: Karachi to Lahore went from Rs 670 at 1 kg to Rs 5,710 at 10 kg.
  • Economy cost the same from 1 kg to 5 kg in our sample, so it only became the better deal for heavier parcels.
  • Overland returned the lowest prices at 2 kg and above, but the calculator does not show how long it takes.
  • These prices are the tariff plus the fuel charge only. Special services and insurance can add to them.

How We Got These Prices

Every price here came from the public Leopards rate calculator on 4 November 2026. Each total is the tariff plus the fuel charge it returned, for a domestic parcel. We tested 1, 2, 5, and 10 kg on four routes.

These are not quotes. Prices can change, and bulky parcels can be charged by volumetric weight, so check the fare calculator on this site or ask Leopards before you book.

Which Service Is Cheapest at Each Weight

Economy is not automatically the cheap option. From Karachi to Lahore, 2 kg cost Rs 1,230 by Overnight and Rs 1,435 by Economy. At 5 kg, that flipped to Rs 2,910 and Rs 1,435.

Economy stayed at one price up to 5 kg on all four routes, which looks like a minimum charge. If you are paying that minimum anyway, a parcel just under 5 kg costs the same as a 1 kg one.

Overland returned the same price at every weight up to 10 kg. In a separate check on Karachi to Lahore, 20 kg returned Rs 900 and 50 kg returned Rs 2,250, which looks like about Rs 45 per kg with a Rs 450 minimum. This is our reading of the numbers, not a published rule.

The calculator shows price, not speed. Ask how long each service takes on your route, and whether Overland accepts a small parcel, before you choose on price alone.

How the Fuel Charge Behaved

On each route and service we tested, the fuel charge stayed the same as weight went up. For example, Karachi to Lahore by Overnight carried Rs 60 at 1 kg and Rs 60 at 10 kg. Overland returned no fuel charge at all.

The Leopards FAQ says fuel is charged as a percentage that can change with fuel prices, so expect this part of the price to move over time.

What These Prices Do Not Include

According to the Leopards FAQ, these can add to the price or need to be arranged separately:

  • Sunday, public holiday, same-day, and chosen-time delivery
  • Insurance, which is only added if the shipper asks, at 5% of the total value
  • Collection from outside the city, although regular pickup is free
