How to Track a Leopards Courier Shipment

A simple, step-by-step guide to finding your package using the Leopards Tracking system.

1. Find Your CN Number

The Consignment Number (CN) is a unique identifier assigned to your shipment. You can find it:

  • On the physical receipt given to you when booking the shipment.
  • In the confirmation email sent to you after booking online.
  • In the SMS confirmation received on your registered mobile number.

Note: It typically consists of 9 to 14 digits and may include prefixes like GT or FE.

2. Enter the Number

Navigate to our tracking page and enter your CN number exactly as it appears on your receipt without any spaces or dashes. Click on the "Track" button to proceed.

3. Understanding the Results

The tracking result will display a timeline of your package's journey. You will see key statuses such as "Booked", "In Transit", "Out for Delivery", and "Delivered". For a detailed explanation of each status, check out our Status Meanings Guide.

Tips for Accurate Tracking

  • Ensure there are no typos when entering the CN number.
  • Wait at least 12-24 hours after booking before checking; it takes time for the system to update.
  • Clear your browser cache if you are not seeing the latest updates.

Tracking Not Working?

If your tracking number is not returning any results after 24 hours, the package might not be scanned into the system yet, or the number might be incorrect. In such cases, you should:

  • Verify the number with the sender.
  • Contact Leopards Courier customer support.
