Booked

The shipment has been registered in the Leopards system, but it may not have been physically handed over to the courier yet.

What to do: Wait a few hours for the package to be picked up or dropped off.

In Transit

The package is moving between different sorting facilities or cities towards its destination.

What to do: Your package is on its way. Delivery time depends on the distance.

Arrived at Station

The shipment has reached the destination city's local sorting facility.

What to do: Delivery is usually attempted within 24 hours of arriving at the local station.

Out for Delivery

The package has been handed over to a delivery rider and is on its way to your address.

What to do: Ensure someone is available at the address to receive the package and keep your phone on.

Delivered

The package has been successfully delivered to the recipient.

On Hold
